Raised in Des Moines, Lizzie discovered a passion for dance at a young age. From the moment she stepped into a studio, dance became more than just movement—it was her way of expressing emotions, telling stories, and deepening her faith.
In 2008, while still in high school, she began teaching, and over the past 17 years, she has dedicated herself to training and inspiring dancers of all ages. As a choreographer, she has created multiple high-scoring routines that have earned top awards at competitions, particularly in jazz, pointe, ballet, and modern. She has also choreographed for multiple high schools and theaters in the Des Moines Iowa area.
Before relocating to Texas from Iowa in 2025, Lizzie was the ballet director and competition representative. Along with her love for dance Lizzie has coached gymnastics and tumbling for both recreational and competition teams.
Her teaching philosophy centers on strong technique and individualized instruction. She believes every dancer learns in their own way, and by teaching in their "language," she helps them feel successful, confident, and empowered to grow. Whether working with beginners or advanced dancers, her goal is to instill healthy dance discipline, artistry, and a lifelong love for dance in each student she teaches.
